      Join Naveen & Gaurav for this Hatha Yoga session for beginners, which emphasises on exploring the body through physical movements (Asanas) and breath work (Pranayama) to find a sense of calm and peace within the body and mind. This is a wholesome practice that will begin with Surya Namaskar and Asanas to stimulate the body, concluding with a relaxing Pranayama session. By the end of the practice, you will find yourself completely relaxed and rejuvenated. We will start and end the session with calming shanti mantra chants which are meant to invoke inner and universal peace. Follow if you know them, else just listen and enjoy. Main Practice: 1.
