About this pack
A beginner Vinyasa Yoga series to explore more in depth how we can connect to the Earth for more grounded and stable postures. By the end of this series you will have a better physical and experiential understanding of the muscular activations that create stability and strength in a variety of common yoga postures. Each practice will be 30 minutes long. The title of each practice below suggests the peak posture we will work towards in each session.
