About this pack
This introductory series to Vinyasa Yoga by Elissa Marshal will guide you through elements of nature and connect them to energy and muscular activations within the physical body. Each practice will introduce a balancing posture related to an element. At the end of the series we bring it all together to reinforce patterns and movements learned. The final class introduces Yin Yoga for recovery and explores the internal experience of stillness, silence and space.
