About this pack
This Vinyasa Yoga series will begin to introduce arm balance technique in a variety of adventurous and fun postures. Each practice will focus on a different arm balancing posture with distinct actions and muscular engagements related to the elements of nature. At the end of the series we bring it all together to reinforce the postures learned. The final class will offer extended recovery for the upper body with a Yin Yoga approach. Each class will be 40 minutes in duration.
