Cult Bootcamp

How is Cult Bootcamp different from Cultpass Elite?
This program focuses on 4 main elements to ensure that everyone reaches their weight loss goal in a super-efficient way. 1) Nutrition Each one of you will be assigned a nutritionist a week before the program kickstarts. The nutritionist will then check in with you every week to discuss what’s working/what’s not and will alter your plan accordingly. Your nutritionist will also ask you to share pictures of your meals on a daily basis via WhatsApp to keep you on track. 2) Fitness Coach You will have a fitness expert who will conduct your group workouts, correct your posture and track your progress. All of our workouts are designed to help you lose weight and are different from a regular Cult session. There are online workouts on the app and step challenges to keep you active and consistent even on days when you don’t have an in-center session. 3) Community Every Bootcamp batch will be conducted with a small group of people, all of whom have a goal similar to yours & are willing to give it their all. This also means that you get to go on a transformative journey with them by your side, getting inspired and inspiring each other in return. We’ll also keep you all connected over a WhatsApp group where you can push one other to achieve your goals!
What happens if I miss some class(es) because of travel or other commitments?
In case you are travelling please do inform the coach beforehand so, that he/she can share a workout plan that you can do from anywhere.
What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a fitness and nutrition programme designed specifically from a weight loss and weight management perspective. This program offers a Nutritionist, a Fitness coach and a private community of members from your batch who will motivate you to reach your weight loss goals.
Does Bootcamp guarantee weight loss?
Bootcamp is designed specifically from a weight loss / weight management perspective. However, every person is unique and the outcome / result may vary from individual to individual. Bootcamp does not guarantee same / similar results since the results depend upon multiple factors including but not limited to behavioural and lifestyle changes.
Will the classes be at the center?
There’ll be a minimum of four offline sessions at the centre. On the Non-Bootcamp days, you’ll be assigned a Home Workout plan. 
What if I join late?
With the new Rolling Bootcamp format, we have new batches starting every Monday. You can choose a slot to according to your preference, Movement from date to the other is subject to conditions.
What if I am not available for a few sessions?
Even though it is not good to miss sessions, we recommend you keep your fitness trainer informed in advance to plan other activities to meet daily activity goals.
Can I change my time slot?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow you to change your time slot since that will make it difficult for your trainer and nutritionist to track your progress since we want to have the same set of members as a part of one batch. In case there is an emergency or an unavoidable circumstance, please get in touch with us and we shall look into the matter and help out. Please note that we cannot guarantee slot change as it’s also subject to the availability of slots.
Am I allowed to change my center?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow you to change your centre since your trainer and nutritionist are mapped to your parent center and hence will make it difficult for us to track your progress. In case there is an emergency or an unavoidable circumstance, we understand that. Just get in touch with us at [email protected] and we shall look into the matter and help out. Please note that we cannot guarantee center change as it’s also subject to availability of slots.
Can I transfer my Bootcamp membership to another person, centre or location?
No, you cannot transfer your Bootcamp membership to another person, centre or location.
When will the next batch of Bootcamp start?
We will be announcing the launch very soon at your nearest Cult centers! You will hear more about it on the cult.fit app and your Cult centers. You can also write to [email protected] if you are looking for a specific center.
Will I get cult regular class access if I buy Bootcamp?
You will get access to regular cult access only if you are a Cult Elite member. There will be a pack extension based on the duration of the Bootcamp. You can also continue using the Elite membership to  book Cult class on non-Bootcamp days.
Is there any eligibility criteria for registering for Bootcamp?
Any person above the age of 18 years and below the age of 60 years is eligible to enrol for the weight loss programme / Bootcamp. This programme is not suitable for pregnant women, elderly, or any person returning from a serious injury / medical or health condition. Please consult your physician before enrolling for Bootcamp. You are required to inform us of your medical and other health concerns on an ongoing basis. If you have any severe medical conditions that require specific dietary guidelines then, please reach out to us before purchasing the membership.
Can I pause my Bootcamp membership after making the payment?
No, you cannot pause your Bootcamp membership at any point in time.
Can I cancel / refund my Bootcamp memberships?
No, there shall not be any cancellations or refunds, once you have purchased the Bootcamp membership.
Collection, storage and usage of your information
We may collect, store, use your personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, age, contact details, blood test report, daily step count, weight measurements, body measurements, photographs, videos etc. We may use this information for evaluating your overall performance and improvement and for providing feedback to you. We may disclose the information in a limited manner, on a ‘need to know basis’, to enable providing goods and services to you. However, we may retain the information for reaching out to you for such similar events conducted in the future. We may photograph, film or record you (whether individually or in groups) while you are attending classes / session / activities / events. We may only use these for its own promotional, reporting or archival purposes.
Can I be a part of bootcamp if I have any medical issues?
For Lifestyle conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, hypertension, PCOS/PCOD, Hyperuricemia (high uric acid), Gut related issues such as GERD/ Acid reflux, Irritable bowel syndrome, Inflammatory bowel disease, you can join the Bootcamp program. However, we would require a Go-ahead certificate from your physician to do the activities and follow the diet we prescribe in this program. For clinical conditions such as Cancer, Autoimmune disorders, Kidney related diseases, we may not be able to help you get better or manage with the condition, as our program is designed to lose weight. If you have already bought the membership, please reach out to the bootcamp team for further details.
Can I join the program if I am Pregnant/Postpartum?
The Bootcamp program is designed for weight loss which has a calorie deficit and progressive workouts which may not be right for you if you are expecting a child. The reason is, pregnancy requires a calorie surplus and workouts that are specifically designed to help in child development and delivery. Our program might not be the right fit for those expectations. Post-partum, the body still needs a calorie-surplus diet that can help with lactation. Hence, it is advised to consider any weight loss programs including Cult-Bootcamp only after 6 months postpartum. This is ideal because, by the 6th month the child will be started with complementary feeding and the child's dependency on breast milk will be reduced and the mother can gradually move into a new routine.
How do I ensure maximum results?
Consistency is the key here!  ✅ Maintain at least 80% attendance ✅ 7000 steps daily ✅ Share 2 images of your meals daily with your nutritionist They'll guide and support you in your journey of being better every day, but your commitment and dedication is the game changer!
Will I have the same trainer or nutritionist throughout the weight loss program?
Absolutely! You'll have the same coach throughout your journey. In case there are changes citing a personal emergency or operational requirements that result in changes in the assigned coach, the newly assigned coach will be equally qualified and experienced to support you with your transformation journey - we promise!
What happens if the Bootcamp dates are modified/cancelled?
In such cases, we will communicate any changes in advance and provide alternatives or move you to the next batch.
Will the classes be at the center?

Will I have the same trainer or nutritionist throughout the weight loss program?
We will assign a primary trainer and a coach during the Bootcamp period. However, in case of personal emergency or operational requirement, we will assign a backup coach who will be equally qualified and experienced to support you with your transformation journey - we promise!
What if I’m a few days late for Bootcamp?
We recommend that you start the programme from the start date. However, due to any reason if you are unable to start the Bootcamp a week’s delay can be managed.
