No, Active TR is not shockproof. Please avoid dropping it from a height as the watch may get damaged.

Wearing the watch while swimming is not recommended, as prolonged exposure to water could lead to potential damage.

Yes, both earphones/earbuds/headphones and Active TR can be paired with your smartphone at the same time.

What is the Bluetooth range of Active TR?
The Bluetooth range of Active TR is 10 metres
Does the Active TR allow users to accept or reject calls, and does it display the caller's name?
Yes, Active TR comes with a BT calling feature. You can accept and reject calls, call from a dial pad, access recent call logs, and save up to 7 contacts on your watch to view the caller’s name on the watch.
Can we control and play music from Active TR watch?
The Active TR includes a remote music control function that allows you to manage the music played on your phone. This feature enables you to play or pause tracks, skip to the next or previous song, and adjust the volume—all within the Bluetooth range between your smartphone and smartwatch. It's important to note that the smartwatch does not have the capability to store music.
Is it mandatory for me to keep my Active TR always connected to my phone?
No, it is not compulsory to keep your smartwatch connected to your smartphone at all times. While some features, like notifications, Bluetooth calling, and data syncing in the app, require a constant connection, the watch can still function independently for certain tasks. For example, activity tracking, stopwatch, timer, and other onboard functionalities may not require a continuous connection to your smartphone.
How do I switch on Active TR watch?
To switch on the smartwatch, Long press the upper button until the screen is lit with Cult Logo
How do I set up my Active TR device?
Before you start, make sure your phone and Active TR are charged and close to each other. Plug in the charging cable to turn on the watch. Download the Cult watch app on your phone. Open the app and allow Bluetooth and GPS. Put in your personal info and health goals. In the app, go to add the device, choose your watch, and link them.
Why won't my Active TR device sync?
This issue might occur if the smartwatch lost its connection to your smartphone via Bluetooth. To ensure a reliable connection, make sure the Cult watch app is actively running and stays open in the background(for Android).
How do I reset my Active TR?
To reset the watch, navigate to the settings, choose the system feature, and then select Reset.
Why can't I set up my Active TR device?
Reset your watch and try again. To reset your watch, navigate to the settings, scroll down, and select System. From there, you'll find an option to reset the watch.
How do I turn off my Active TR?
To turn off the watch long press the upper button of the watch and press "Power off"
Which app supports my Active TR and where can I download it from?
The Active TR is compatible with the "Cult watch" app, available for download on the App Store (iOS) and the Play Store (Android).
How do I charge my Active TR watch?
Connect the charging cable provided in the box with the watch to the charging port on the back of the smartwatch. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source. The smartwatch will start charging automatically.
How long does it take to fully charge the smartwatch?
Active TR approximately takes about 2 hours to charge completely.
How do I check the battery level on my Active TR device?
By swiping down from the home screen, you can access the drop-down menu where you'll find the battery percentage displayed.
Why is my battery life lower than what is claimed?
The battery life of a watch varies based on how it's used. Features such as continuous heart rate monitoring, Bluetooth calling, and high brightness levels can significantly decrease battery life.
How can I extend my Active TR device's battery life?
To prolong the battery life of your device, reduce the brightness level and disable the All-Day Heart Rate measurement and Continuous stress monitoring system.
Which adapter should I use to charge my Active TR?
The watch is designed to be ideally charged with a 5V, 1A rating. Using a fast-charging adapter may harm the watch over time, so it's best to avoid it.
Does the watch sync with any other app?
Yes, it can sync with Google Fit, Apple Health and Strava
Should I sync the data manually from the watch to the smartphone?
The watch automatically syncs the data with the phone when the watch is connected to the Cult watch app.
Does Active TR show notifications from social networking apps?
Yes, the Active TR supports notifications from social networking apps such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, FB Messenger, Skype, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Notifications access has to be given to the cult watch app on your smartphone to allow the watch to receive notifications.
Can I read incoming messages on Active TR or will I only receive message notifications?
Upon connecting your Active TR with the app, you'll receive notifications for new messages. You can read these messages as soon as you are notified, and you also have the choice to review previously received notifications.
How can I receive caller information from Active TR?
You can see the caller information and messages on your smartwatch as long as the watch is synced with the Cult watch app and is within BT range.
How do I track my heart rate with my Active TR?
The Active TR has the capability to measure heart rate both manually and automatically. You can monitor your heart rate using the Cult watch app.
