What to expect from Get Strong - Beginner?
We have our very own Cultfit Coach Shwetambari Shetty who will guide you about all the exercises and help you get stronger in the process. This pack consists of 7 sessions in total with each session for around 15 minutes.
Movements involved:
The workout sessions include exercises such as sit ups, alternate froggers, hip bridge that work as a strength workout, movements including walking jacks, mountain climbers and sprawls that contribute towards the upper body workout while quick feet, lunges and other exercises constitute the lower body workout.
Target the entire body:
In short, the entire workout pack is designed in such a way that it works on the entire body and helps strengthen the different sections of the body.
Warm up and cooldown:
The session will start with warm ups, followed by main strength training workout movements and end with a soothing cooldown. It’s time! Time to get started with the first session of the first Get strong workout pack. So let’s get stronger together now!
