      In a mixing bowl add atta, ghee and salt. Gradually add water. Mix and knead the dough.

      Divide the dough in equal shape balls. On another side take another bowl, break the egg into it, add little salt and whisk it well, keep it aside .

      Roll out thin round chapati and spread 1/2 teaspoon of oil and sprinkle some flour.

      Hold an approx 1/3 inch wide strip with your first two fingers and thumb from the top edge of rolled raw paratha, lift and fold backwards such that the top edges remain on top.

      Now roll the strip like a swiss roll shape. Press and stick the outer end against the roll immediately on the surface . Rest the dough for 5 mins .

      Dust flour on the dough and roll it lightly with a rolling pin .

      Cook the paratha from one side with little oil to make it little crispy, flip the paratha on another side, add whisk egg and spread it all over , once it get little cook turn it egg side paratha towards the tawa and cook for few minutes .

      For Stuffing, fine slice the onion, chop green chilli and keep it aside. Peel the cucumber, de-seed it and cut into fine strips . Cut the tomato into julienne

      Take a mixing bowl, add sliced onion, green chilli , coriander leaves and cucumber strips with lemon juice, a pinch of salt , chat masala and red chilli powder. Mix well and keep it aside .

      Take a cooked paratha, egg side upside down, add the stuffing in center and roll the paratha and seal the edges. Serve hot/ warm with green chutney or garlic chutney.
