This pack contains multiple hatha yoga sessions that engage the abdominal muscles to build a strong core. A strong core will further enable the body to stabilize and maintain a proper balance. The sessions in this pack are not progressive, and the experience level needed for each workout is mentioned below the session name. Once the beginner sessions are comfortable, then move into the intermediate ones.
