What to expect from Anger?
About anger: Fits of bursts of anger make you lose control of reason and the emotions force you to act a certain way. The emotion commands you to react to the situation instead of responding to it. A better control over anger makes you more reasonable and avoids escalations of situations especially when it isn’t needed.
About the session:
This guided meditation for anger pack is designed to first help you understand the triggers that cause you to feel angry and address them. In the first session, through breath awareness, we focus on the breath and the sensations in the different parts of the body. We first witness these emotions and later learn to let go of them through meditation. Finally, we focus on positive affirmations allowing us to be more loving and kind towards others and ourselves.
