By commencing on this journey you will be able to bond and connect with yourself on the deepest level and simultaneously build stronger relationships with others. All this while you will be focusing on the silence that encompasses you and feel the energy enter your body. In the later sessions, you will learn how to heal a painful relationship and let go of the negative emotions, build relationships and finally create a circle of love and bonding. These sessions can be practised any time during the day and will always leave you feeling calm and help you connect better with yourself and others.
We are a product of our relationships. That explains how pivotal the role of relationships is in our lives. Today’s stressful lives have made us experience complications, resentment, and conflict caused by miscommunication in our daily lives. The pressure we feel most of the time finds an outlet on our relations. The rift in relationships can be any of the below. With oneself With spouse/ children/family/friends To be in good physical and mental health one must be in harmony with oneself. When there is disharmony within us we are grumpy, irritable to people around us. A simple question ‘Would you like to be around a person who is always angry and irritated?’ the answer is ‘No’, so that tells it all. So, what we need the most is relationship healing. An effort to heal our relationship is the stepping stone for creating peace for oneself.
