About the series:
We begin the session by sitting in a comfortable position with our backs straight with our hands in Gyana mudra. Then we proceed to channeling our inner chakras to our forehead, specifically the third eye. By breathing in and out deeply, we will be centering our mind and body and inviting the universe to guide us through this transcendental journey.
How to practice the sessions:
By commencing on this journey you will be able to bond and connect with yourself on the deepest level and simultaneously build stronger relationships with others. All this while you will be focusing on the silence that encompasses you and feel the energy enter your body. In the later sessions, you will learn how to heal a painful relationship and let go of the negative emotions, build relationships and finally create a circle of love and bonding. These sessions can be practised any time during the day and will always leave you feeling calm and help you connect better with yourself and others.
