In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Cashew, Magaz and bring to boil. Drain out the water and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cardamom, Bayleaf and saute.

Add sliced Onion and saute.

Add boiled Cashew Magaz and saute.

Add Water and boil for 1 hr in slow flame.

In a blender, add boiled cashew magaz and make a paste.

Take Lauki and grate it properly. Add Salt, mix it well and squeeze the water from it.

In a bowl, add squeezed Lauki, Flax Seed Powder, Chana Dal Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Deggi Mirch Powder, fresh Coriander Roots and leaves. Mix it all together.

Make a dough, then divide into small round and keep aside.

In a baking tray, grease with Oil and place the above small round dough. Place it in an oven for baking.

In a pan, add Flaxseed and roast it properly and keep aside for later use.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cumin, Shahi Jeera and let it crackle.

Add chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli and saute.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute.

Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Yellow Chilli Powder, Green Cardamom Powder and saute.

In a bowl, add Curd, Besan and mix it well.

Add mixed Curd Besan in a pan and saute.

Add Cashew Magaz Paste, Water and cook it well.

Strain the gravy to a bowl and add Honey.
