What to expect from Get Strong- Intermediate?
The strength training exercises target and strengthen the midsection and the abdomen.
Movements involved:
The core plays an important role in overall body fitness and hence it is utmost important to strengthen this part of the body and exercises such as Jumping Jacks, Plank, Alternating Froggers, Squirm Crunch help build your core muscles and increase core strength. While other exercises including Sprawl, Split Jumps, Plank to Push Up, Lateral Jump focus on enhancing your upper and lower body strength.
