Our instructors will guide you to get the postures of exercises such as Jumping Jack, Split Jumps, Plank Twists, frog jumps that can be a little difficult to follow. This lean body workout routine also focuses more on strengthening and less on cardio since you have already burned all those calories in the earlier packs.
