      About this pack

      This pack will be a progression from pack 1 and 2 and will help you identify a new threshold. More lung capacity, improved cardiovascular endurance and a more fitter you. You will start with warm up, progress to main movements and then cool down.

      What to expect from Complete Cardio III?
      Just like the previous two workout packs from this series this cardio for fat loss workout pack too will be headed by our fitness coach Shwetambari Shetty. Along with weight loss, these sessions also help in building strength and endurance.
      High intensity exercises:
      Certain movements in these sessions such as Broad Jump & Jog Back, Push Up to Tuck Jump, Punches are high intensity exercises that consume a lot of energy and can be really effective for weight loss. Other exercises that will help enhance your cardiovascular endurance are Burpee with Lateral Jump, Sit Up to Punch, Push Up to Tuck Jump.
      Follow the instructions:
      If you feel exhausted at any time you can reduce the pace of the exercise but please keep moving and don’t quit. Just like our earlier packs our Fitness Coach Shwetambari Shetty will keep pushing you throughout the sessions to achieve best desired results but remember to listen to your body.
      Be regular:
      Always remember to be consistent with your cardio exercises for weight loss at home. So let’s get started with the first session from this workout pack without any further ado.
