What to Expect from Get Moving – Intermediate
The get moving – intermediate pack has six sessions of fifteen minutes each with a focus on simple yet effective exercises that get the job done. Each session starts off with a quick round of warm up which helps in activating the muscles followed by the main workout of that session which is demonstrated by our fitness expert to ensure you get it right. The exercises in this pack are designed in such a way to work all the muscles of your body. It can be broken down into these segments: Cardio: Skater jump, Fire hydrant and Later Jump Lower body workout: Sumo squat and Overhead Squat Body weight exercise: Hollow hold and Side plank arm reach Keeping in mind the busy lifestyle, you have the option of performing each session at the comfort of your time and schedule.
