      In this workout pack, our fitness instructor Shwetambari Shetty will take you through 6 sessions of 20 minutes each which you can practice in the comfort of your home. All you need to do is take out 20 minutes from your daily schedule.
      No equipment needed:
      You won’t require any workout equipment for these sessions. All you have to do is carefully observe our fitness instructors and follow them.
