What to expect from Arms, Chest and Back IV?
In this workout pack, our fitness instructor Shwetambari Shetty will take you through 6 sessions of 20 minutes each which you can practice in the comfort of your home.
Quick workout:
All you need to do is take out 20 minutes from your daily schedule. You won’t require any workout equipment for these sessions. All you have to do is carefully observe our fitness instructors and follow them.
Movements and their benefits:
With the best exercises to lose back fat, these sessions will not only help tone your arms but also work on your shoulder joints, chest and back increasing flexibility and your range of motion. A good mix of some slightly challenging movements such as Isometric Arm Press, Diamond Push Up, Single Leg Reverse Plank and other not so difficult exercises like Superman with Trap Activator, Punches, Hip Bridge March and more make these sessions well balanced and interesting.
