      What to expect from Calorie Crush - Advanced?
      While the first two levels of the Calorie Crush workout pack were both fast calorie burning workouts, this workout pack takes calorie burning to a whole new level. The movements covered in these sessions are high intensity ones not particularly focussing on any particular body part but with the sole aim to crush those calories.
      High intensity exercises:
      We have retained a number of exercises such as jumping jack, squats with kick, lunges, sprawl, Plank Hold with Alternating Leg Lift and Lateral High Knees as they are extremely effective in burning calories.
      New exercises:
      We will also be teaching you some new movements including butterfly sit ups, sumo squat in and out and spiderman planks that although can be a little tricky but if you learn the proper form, can be easy. Take breaks in between if necessary but hang in there. You will be surprised with the results in just a few fast calorie burning workout sessions.
      Warm up and cool down
      Don't forget to warm up before every workout session and cool down after. Also, working out is just a part of fitness, the other part is eating right.
