What to expect from Intermediate Series - 1?
About the series: During the course of this series, Dr Shyam Bhat will start with the basics of meditation to control emotions that we had learned in the foundation course. In these 7 sessions of 11 minutes each, you will not only be learning about meditation but about yourself by connecting with yourself on a deeper level and understanding how you see life, ultimately transforming your life. In this series, Dr Shyam Bhat will not only review the techniques learned in the previous series but will also give you tips and certain insights that will help you go deeper into the practice of feeling meditation.
How to perform the session:
We begin every session by taking a few deep breaths to help you relax your body and mind and prepare you for a blissful journey. We begin by observing the sounds around us and if there’s complete silence, we focus on it, notice and experience the sensations. You can practise these positive thoughts meditation sessions any time of the day and come back to them as many times as you wish. Keep up your practice of meditation and you will surely reap its benefits.
