What to expect from Effortless Focus?
Learn to focus better: In these focused awareness meditation sessions we will enter into a state of flow, a state of effortless focus by using sound as a focal point. You will be concentrating on this sound and listening to it so clearly that there will be no effort required from your end to focus.
Get started:
For this, you would have to sit down in a meditative posture by sitting on the floor with your legs folded and your palms rested on your lap. We begin the exercises to improve concentration by taking a few breaths through the nose and letting them out through the mouth slowly, all while letting go of thoughts from the past or about the future.
Keep practising:
In the next few sessions too, we will be using sound as an anchor and bringing our attention to the various objects around us and focus on how we feel. Directing your attention this way requires a lot of practice. Let us jump into the first session of focused attention meditation if you’re ready and help make your focus better and unwavering.
