About Yoga: Practise yoga for mind relaxation by revisiting these sessions whenever you feel stressed out or just want to embark on a journey of self discovery. Designed to bring a certain sense of calm, these sessions will help all the stress melt away. Our yoga instructor Lamya Arsiwala will guide you through all these sessions to make you feel rejuvenated, relaxed and energised.
How to get started:
Don’t forget to practise relaxation yoga on an empty stomach and also don’t have any expectations from your body as they will come in the way of you enjoying these sessions. The structure followed across all the three sessions is as follows. We begin with gentle warm up asanas followed by invigorating asanas and some yoga for calm mind and conclude with Pranayama.
Practise regularly:
Always listen to your body. Ensure you sit down in a comfortable position with your back in the upright position. For the best results, choose a place that’s reasonably calm and practise the techniques from time to time. Now that you’re all set, let’s begin with the first session without any further ado.
