What can you expect from Yoga Nidra Series-2?
About the sessions: The sessions in this series are practised in Shavasana just as we did in the previous Yoga Nidra series. As you lie down in this position, completely still, all you have to do is listen to the instructions of our Yoga instructor. We begin by taking a few deep breaths, relaxing more and more with each breath. Then we proceed to practising our yoga for mind relaxation which is a visualization method called recollection.
About the method of breathing:
This method mainly comprises recollecting all the significant events that happened to us in a day. Ensure that you don’t think too hard while recollecting. Let the thoughts come to you naturally and spontaneously. You can practise this technique any time during the day, preferably before relaxative asanas. Let’s get started now.
