Preheat the oven at 100 degrees. Washed and clean tomatoes. Cut into quarters depending on the size of the tomatoes. Try to keep the sizes uniform to bake evenly.

On a baking tray place the tomato skin down with a little space in between them. Arrange evenly and drizzle some oil.

Bake at 80 to 100 degrees c for 40 to 45 min till they dry out but are still slightly soft and chewy. Let it rest till it cools down. Transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
