Prepare a chopping board and a sharp knife. Wash the rind of watermelon. place it on the chopping board. Slice the top and bottom of the watermelon.

Holding the watermelon horizontally, slice the watermelon into half.

Slices :- quarter the watermelon, slice it into wedges 1-2 inch thick. and serve

Cubes :- cut the watermelon into half, stand the watermelon upright on one of the flat ends, run a sharp knife along the inside of the rind, turning the watermelon after each cut to remove all the rind.

Cut the peeled watermelon into quarters and slice into wedges or cubes.
