Assemble minced Carrot, Leeks, Baby Corn, Broccoli, Green and Yellow Zucchini.

Blanch in hot water.

Strain the vegetables with a strainer and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Garlic, Onion and Kashmir Chilli.

Add fresh Red Chilli, Tomatoes, Lemon Juice, Salt, roasted Peanuts and saute till onion begin brown and tomatoes are mushy.

Take out to a blender and make a smooth past.

Remove to a bowl and set aside.

Heat Oil in pan. Add chopped Garlic and saute till just beginning to brown. Remove to a plate and keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add blanched vegetables, Salt, Pepper, Ginger, golden Garlic, Red Chilli, Coriander, Sesame Oil and mix it well and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add Salt, Water, Atta and knead to form a dough.

Add Sesame Oil and knead to form a smooth and shiny dough.

Divide the dough into small portion, roll the dough to form a round dies about 8cm diameter. It should be thick in the center and thinner on the edges.

Place the portion of filling in center.

Wet the edges of the dough and fold to form a round dumpling.

Place in a momo steamer and steam till done. Serve with Momo Chutney.
