Mornings are hard and when you have to make a nourishing breakfast for your family, you often end up spending a whole lot of time in the kitchen. The French gave us the French toast which was a quirky twist to the normal routine with eggs. Until then eggs were either boiled, scrambled or poached for a meal. But the French toast was a tasty extension of dipping the bread in an egg mixture and toast ... ing it. In India, where spices are used heavily to flavour any dish, we gave the French toast an Indian swing. With a generous sprinkling of onions, tomatoes, green chillies and even coriander, Masala Egg Toast with Roasted Tomato chutney just brightens up the toast and also the morning. The chutney serves as an accompaniment to the toast and satiates your appetite. If you are not very comfortable with experimenting with eggs then learn how to make Masala Egg Toast with Roasted Tomato chutney by following this simple recipe. It needs some preparation and can be whipped in less than an hour. You can choose the kind of bread you want to use and if you are health conscious go for brown bread. The taste does not change as the highlight of the Masala Egg Toast with Roasted Tomato chutney description is the blend of the ingredients. Masala egg Toast with Roasted Tomato Chutney is also served across several food stalls on the street. For those who dislike the smell of eggs when they are served without any flavour, this is a great recipe to try to get them to eat eggs.
