Directions

In a bowl, add Whole Wheat Flour, Salt & Curd.

Add Water and knead well.

Add Oil & knead to form a dough.

Divide the dough to small sizes. Roll out the dough flat.

In a flat pan, cook the Tortilla on both sides evenly.

In a mixer, add roasted Tomato, roasted Red Bell Pepper, roasted Yellow Bell Pepper & Garlic.

Add Yogurt, Salt , crushed Black Pepper corn & Oil.

Blend to make a smooth paste.

In a bowl, add chopped Tomato, chopped Coriander Leaves & chopped Jalapeno. Mix well.

Add Salt, crushed Black Pepper & Cumin Powder. Mix well.

In a pan, add Oil, chopped Garlic, chopped Tomato & chopped Onion.

Add Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Oregano, Salt , crushed Black Pepper Corn, chopped Jalapeno & chopped Coriander Leaves. Cook for 1- 2 mins.

Add cooked Kashmiri Rajma.

Add Water & cook for 5 mins.

In a pan, add Oil, chopped Onion, Turmeric Powder, chopped Green Chilli, chopped Tomato, chopped Coriander & chopped Green Bell Pepper. Cook for 2- 3 mins.

Add mashed Tofu, Salt & Pepper. Check seasoning and cook for 3- 5 mins.

Place Tortilla on a flat surface and spread beans on the half bottom of the Tortilla.

Top it with Tofu mix followed by Tomato Salsa

Fold the Quesadilla into half. Grill on a Sandwich grill until the bold marks appear.
