Wash and soak Kashmiri Rajma overnight.

Place Kashmiri Rajma, Water and Salt for boiling.

Cook till Kashmiri Rajma is soft.

Heat Oil in a pan. Saute chopped Garlic and Onion till brown

Add Tomatoes, Chipotle Tobasco, Salt, Pepper, Cumin Powder, Paprika and chopped Jalapenos.

Add Kashmiri Rajma with boiling water.

Cook till partly mash.

Add Water and adjust seasoning.

For the topping chopped Tomato, Coriander and add Chipotle Powder.

Marinate Chicken Breast with Salt, chopped Coriander, Garlic, Mint, Orange Zest, Oregano, Lime Juice, Oil, Cumin Powder, Sweet Lime Juice and minced Green Chilli.

Grill on a medium heat grill pan about 1.5 mins on both sides. Finish in oven for 8 mins at 180 degree.

Slice and keep for later use.

For roasted Peppers, slice red and yellow bell peppers and with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Oil. Place it on a baking tray.

Roast till soft and charred. Keep aside.

For Coriander Jalapenos Chips, mix together Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Oil, chopped Coriander, Jalapenos and Green Chilli. Make into a nice smooth dough.

Cut into triangles and bake it for 15 mins at 160 degrees. Bake till crisp and save it for later use.

For making Tzatziki, peel and grate Cucumber. Add little Salt and keep for 15 minutes and squeeze out the water.

In a blender put peeled Garlic and Curd and blend lightly.

Strain the juice and keep it in a bowl.

Add Curd, Salt grated Cucumber, chopped Mint, chopped Parsley and whisk till smooth.
