Grilled Chicken - Marinate Chicken Breast with Salt, Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Paprika Powder, Thyme, Garlic, Chipotle Tobasco and Chilli Flakes.

Grill chicken for 30 secs on each side and cook in oven for 6 mins at 180 deg Celsius.

Refried Beans - Boil Rajma till it gets soft but not mashed, drain and preserve water.

In a pan, heat Oil and fry minced Garlic and Onion till brown.

Add chopped Tomatoes, Chilli Paste, Oregano, Cumin Powder, Paprika Powder, chopped Jalapenos, Salt, Pepper and fry.

Add Beans and half of the Water.

Cook till water gets absorbed and add Coriander.

Sauted Peppers - Heat Oil in a pan and sauté Onions and Peppers till it begins to brown.

Add Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Paprika.

Whole Wheat Wrap - Add Atta, Water, Salt and Turmeric powder in mixing bowl and knead it.

Divide the dough.

Flatten it and cook it on Tawa.

Place whole wheat wrap, apply Refried Beans, julienne Cucumber, sautéed Pepper and Onion, Grilled Chicken and roll it.

Tomato Salsa - Toss chopped blanched Tomatoes, Coriander, Jalapenos, Cumin Powder, Salt and Pepper.

Cut the Roll into 2 pieces and serve with Tomato Salsa.

Here are some useful tips that will help you get your rolls absolutely spot on: Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees to ensure that the Chicken gets grilled properly. While Tabasco sauce gives this roll a really nice flavour, in case you don’t have it, you can use chilli sauce instead. You can saute Olives in Olive oil to nicely soften them up While we haven’t used any cheese in this Tex Mex Chicken Roll recipe, you can add some cream cheese or Ricotta cheese to add some creaminess to the rolls.
