In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Salt, Potatoes and bring to boil. Once tender allow it to cool, peel the skin and mash it well.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, diced Beans and blanch it.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Green Peas and blanch it. Crush with masher.

In a blender, add fresh Coriander, Spring Onion, Onion, Tomato, Oil, Salt, Cashews and blend into a smooth paste.

Remove to a bowl and store in refrigerator.

In a bowl, add Water, Corn Flour and mix well.

Boil Water in a pan. Add mixture of Water and Cornstarch and bring to boil. Allow it to thicken up to a glue.

Remove to a bowl and set aside.

In a blender, add 1/2 of Corn Starch, Chipotle Pepper Sauce, Chilli Paste, Water, Salt, Pepper, Jalapeño, Curd and blend to a smooth sauce.

In a blender, add rest Cornstarch, Honey, Dijon Mustard, Kasundi, Salt and blend to a smooth paste.

Remove to a bowl and store in refrigerator.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Onion, Garlic and saute till fragrant.

Add Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Kashmir Red Chilli Powder, Salt and saute till raw smell gone.

Remove to a mixing bowl. Add mashed Potatoes, crusted Green Peas and mix well.

Take small portions and make Tikka from it and grill in a griller both sides.
