For the Kung Pao Sauce, Add Oil, Garlic, Ginger and sliced fresh Red Chilli.

Add Chilli Paste, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Aromatic seasoning.

Boil the Sweet Potato in salted water with skin. Once tender, peel and allow to cool. Cut into rough dices and place in a blender. Add the water for grinding and blitz to a smooth puree.

Add Water and Sweet Potato Paste and reduce it.

Transfer into bowl and keep it aside.

In a bowl add Atta, Curd, Salt, Oil and Water.

Knead it till all mixture binds well and keep it aside for resting

In a pan saute Onion and color Peppers julienne.

Add julienne Chicken and saute.

Add Kung Pao Sauce, Salt and Spring Onion.

Make round shape flat bread and cook it both side on pan.

Fill mixture in center, fold it from side.

Grill it on non-stick pan.

Cut it into 2 halves and serve with Kung Pao Sauce.
