      In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Salt, Vinegar and bring to boil. Once boiled, add Egg and cook the egg on low flame for 8 mins.

      Once cooked, peel the shells and cut the egg into dices.

      In a blender, add soaked Cashews, Dijon Mustard, Lime Juice, Garlic, Salt, Paprika, Water, Sweet Potato Paste.

      In a mixing bowl, add diced Egg, diced Yellow, Green Pepper, Spring Onion, Coriander, Paprika Cashew Mayo, Black Pepper, Salt, minced Green Chilli and mix it well.
