Directions

Wash and slice the chicken breast into strips. Fine chop garlic, ginger, and green chilli.

Cut the capsicum and chinese cabbage into dice, mushroom into quarters and spring onion into 1 inch strips. Cut broccoli into small florets.

Heat a Kadai or wok on high heat. Add oil once the oil gets hot. Add chilli, ginger and garlic and saute it.

Add onion and cashew nuts saute it for a min, add capsicum, broccoli and mushroom saute well.

Add chicken and stir fry for a min. Add the dark soy sauce and black pepper.

As the chicken gets cooked, add the cabbage and salt. Let it stir fry, check the seasoning.

Finish it with sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve hot.
