Marinade- Add minced Red Chilli Paste, Dark Soy Sauce, Coffee Powder, Cumin Powder and Lemon Zest to a bowl.

Add Mushroom Oyster Sauce, Honey, Tobasco Chipotle, Water, Orange Zest, Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar.

Whisk all ingredients well. Keep aside.

Cut the Chicken Breast into half(butterfly). Season with Salt. Add Marinade to Chicken. Mix till evenly coated. Refrigerate overnight.

Heat Oil in a pan. Cook the Chicken for 4-5 mins(turning it both sides) till cooked.
