Slice limes into 5mm thick slices. Place the chicken breast in a mixing bowl. Season and marinate with salt, pepper, dijon mustard and 2 rosemary sprigs.

Heat up a heavy bottom pan till Hot. Place the lime slices in the hot pan and char on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add oil and cook the chicken breast for 1 minute on each side. set aside.

In the same pan, add oil, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers. Sauteed the vegetables till they are a light golden brown.

Take the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the whole wheat flour to the oil and fry till sandy in texture. Add the chicken bone broth and stir together all the ingredients. Add the rosemary, minced chili and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken breast and cook covered on a low flame for 6 to 8 minutes till the chicken is tender.

Reduce to a simmer and add broccoli. Season the sauce and add the charred lime slices.
