Directions

In a bowl, add Water, Red Rice Poha and keep aside for soaking.

In a bowl, add warm Water, Jaggery and keep aside for soaking.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder, cubes cut Beans, Potatoes, Carrots. Bring to boil and keep aside.

Heat a pan, put Peanut and roast and de-skin. Keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds and Coriander Seeds. Allow to crackle.

Add chopped Ginger, Green Chilli and saute.

In a mixing bowl, take Curd, add the above cracked Spices, Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Salt. Mix well.

Transfer to serving bowl. Serve chilled.

Heat the pan, add chopped Almond, Cashew Nut, and Raisins. Toss well and keep aside for garnishing.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Sooji and saute it until roasted aroma is obtained. Keep aside.

Add Water, grated Jaggery, Green Cardamon, Fennel Powder and cook for some time.

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with above tossed Almond, Cashew Nut, Raisins. Serve warm.

Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves and Allow to crackle.

Add chopped Onion saute till Golden Brown.

Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, saute until Masala is mixed well.

Add above blanched vegetables and saute.

Add chopped Tomatoes and saute till they are soft.

Add Raisins and mix well.

Add soaked Poha,roasted Peanut, soaked Jaggery Water, cover the pan with a lid and cook on slow flame until the Poha is soft.

Add grated Coconut, fresh Coriander, and Lemon Juice. Toss well.

Serve Red Rice Poha with Sheera and Dahi ki Chutney.
