In a Pan, dry toast Flax Seeds on a medium flame till the flax seeds become dark Brown in colour.

In a bowl, add roasted Flax Seeds, chopped Raisin, chopped Cashew, Cinnamon Powder, Jaggery, roasted Wheat Flour, Salt, Water and Oil. Mix well to make a coarse dough.

Roll it into small and neat spheres and apply the popped Amaranth Seeds from top.
