In a bowl, add Water, Kashmiri Rajma and keep for soaking overnight.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add soaked Kashmiri Rajma, Water, Salt and cook it done.

Remove the boiled Kashmiri Rajma to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add minced Garlic, Onion and sauté till brown.

Add chopped Tomatoes, Cumin Powder, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Paprika Powder and sauté.

Add boiled Kashmiri Rajma with half of their boiled Water and cook till mashed.

Add the remaining Water and cook till partially meshed.

Add chopped Jalapeño and cook properly.

Remove bowl and garnish with chopped Coriander.
