Imagine feasting on a dish full of chicken that is cooked in a spicy masala that will leave you wanting more. Originating in North India, a murg bhuna recipe is a dry and spicy gravy dish. This simply means that it has very little curry and can be enjoyed with soft roti or naan. Murg Bhuna ingredients include dry spices that can easily be found in your kitchen cabinet. The dish is rugged, it is d ... elicious and it is something that really needs to be in everyone's home cookbook. An easy way to give you a murg bhuna description is to explain what the bhuna method of cooking really is. The Bhuna method of cooking involves cooking tomatoes, onions and your meat choice over a high flame or high heat. Stirring the dish continuously is important so it does not burn. This is done until the meat is cooked and the liquid has cooked down into a thick paste that clings to the meat. If that sounds delicious but tricky, don’t worry. The murg bhuna recipe we share with you is easy to follow. If you prefer visuals, we even have a murg bhuna video that will give you step by step instructions on how to make this tasty dish. No matter what occasion you are making this dish for, it will be very well received. It is easy to prepare murg bhuna at home and the combination of spices will leave everyone with a good memory. You will soon be known as the star home cook in your circle of friends.
