In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Cashew Nuts, Magaz and bring to boil.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms and bring to boil.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, cubes Baby Corn, Haricot Beans, Carrots. Bring to boil and blanch it.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Spinach and blanch it.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute.

Add chopped Onion, Salt and saute till Golden.

Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and cook.

Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till mushy and gravy become thick. Remove it to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf and saute.

Add sliced Onion and saute till Golden.

Add boiled Cashew, Magaz and saute.

Add Water and bring to boil.

Remove to a blender and make a fine paste.

Heat the pan and cook the above paste till dry.

Take half of the boiled Spinach, chop and keep aside in a plate.

Take the other half of the Spinach and put in a blender. Make a puree and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add cubes Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Yellow Pepper, sauté. Remove to a plate and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, chopped Green Chillies and saute till Golden Brown.

Add Onion Tomato Masala and saute it well.

Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder and cook.

Add Spinach Puree, Tomato Puree and White Gravy, Salt and cook till it boils and form a thick gravy.
