Directions

Dry roast the almonds on a low flame, do not burn. Let it cool down for sometime. Soak dates in water for 10-15 min. drain the water and remove seeds. Chop almonds, raisins and dark chocolate.In a blender add soaked dates and blend.

Add remaining ingredients and half of the desiccated coconut. Scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.

Pulse for another 1 min until everything is combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, carefully roll out bite size balls with your hand.

In a separate bowl, take desiccated coconut and evenly coat the chocolate truffles in this. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator or eat fresh
