For Garnish Mix - Heat up a heavy pan. Add Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds. Mix up and keep aside for future use.

Soak the Moong Dal in Water for 2 hours.

For Cucumber Mint Salad -In a bowl, take julienne cut Cucumber, soaked Moong, Pumpkin Seeds, Mint Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Lemon Juice, Garnish Mix and Salt. Mix and keep aside.

For Tzatziki - In a blender, add Garlic and Curd. Blend the ingredients. Strain the blended content and collect the juice. Store aside to be used later.

In a bowl, add Curd, grated Cucumber, the prepared garlic juice, Parsley, Mint, and Salt. Mix and keep aside for future use.

In a heavy bottom vessel, boil Eggs.

Peel the Eggs and cut them into half.

Remove the egg yolk from one egg and chop the egg white of the same egg. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add Besan, Atta, Sattu, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Curd, Coriander Leaves, Oil and Water. Mix together and form a dough. Divide into small portions.

Heat a griddle and cook the rolled out dough. Cook both the sides properly.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Ginger and Garlic. Cook until the raw flavor of the ingredients disappear.

Add chopped Green Chilies and chopped Onion. Cook until the Onion turns golden brown.

Add chopped Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, and salt. Saute until the masalas are properly cooked and they start leaving oil.

Add the diced Carrot, diced Cauliflower, and diced Haricot Beans.

Add Water and cook until done.

Add the chopped egg whites to the masala and set aside.

Top with four halves of a boiled egg.
