Clean and peel the mango. Cut the mango flesh and make a puree of it in a blender jar and set aside.

In a pan, heat a teaspoon of ghee. Cut cashew nuts and almonds into half. Over a low flame toast the nuts in ghee until golden brown. Do not burn. Set aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina. roast it over a low flame until it releases its aroma.

Add water to the semolina with one hand while stirring continuously with the other so as to avoid any lumps.

Add jaggery powder and continue stirring. Break any lumps and stir gently. Cook till all the water has evaporated.

Add mango puree and cook for another 5-7 min. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Garnish with toasted nuts and serve hot.
