Pan toast coriander seeds until the aroma releases.

Once the seeds get toasted, turn off the flame and keep it cool down. In a blender jar, add dry spices into it and grind to a smooth powder.

Wash and peel the sweet potato, cut into baton shape (index finger-sized sticks) and add it to a bowl of water to avoid oxidation.

Wash and rinse under cold running water and dry it with a kitchen towel.

Add some salt and oil to the potato and coat it. Bake it in a pre- heat oven at 180 degree for 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
