Fine chop the onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves and set aside. Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt to taste, milk and other spices. Whisk well till it gets frothy.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, green chilli, onion and saute well. Add tomato and cook till it gets soft .
