In a baking tray, place cut Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper & Tomato.

Roast at 160 degree for 45 mins. Continue roasting till they begin to char.

In a blender, add roasted vegetables, Salt, Hung Curd, crushed Black Pepper, Garlic, Oil & Tabasco sauce.

Blend to a smooth paste.

In a blender, add Pudina, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Green Chilli, Chat Masala & Curd.

In a pan, add Oil, chopped Onion & chopped Green Bell Pepper. Cook till soft.

Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder & Salt. Mix well.

Add chopped Tomato & cook for 2- 3 mins.

Add cubed Paneer, Jaggery & Garam Masala. Cook for 1- 2 mins.

On a plate, place 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread. Spread Pudina Chutney evenly on both sides.

On one slice, evenly portion the Paneer mixture. Place the other slice to form a sandwich.

In a grill pan, grill the Sandwich evenly on both sides. Serve along with roasted tomato pepper dip.
