Wash Chicken Bones and keep them for boiling with Coriander Roots, roughly cut Onion, roughly cut Ginger and Garlic cloves. Strain the stock and keep aside for cooling.

Soak Cashew & Magaz in water for 1 hour and drain the water.

Boil the soaked Cashew and Magaz with Coriander Stems and roughly cut Onions in Water for 1 hour. Keep it aside for cooling.

Puree the above mixture finely in a blender. Keep it aside for later use.

Marinate Chicken Breast with Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder and keep it for 30 minutes.

Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds and let it crackle.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté till Golden Brown.

Add Green Chilli Paste, chopped Tomato and cook till mushy.

Add Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder and sauté.

Add Onion Cashew Magaz puree and cook further.

Add marinated Chicken and cook till half done.

Add Kasundi Mustard, Chicken Stock and adjust seasoning with Salt. Cook until done.

Place in a bowl and and garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.
