Soak Broken Wheat overnight.

Bring Water to a boil and add Turmeric, chopped Parsley, Salt, Aromat and Broken Wheat and bring to a boil. Place on dum for 20 mins.

Cut the Pineapple into 5 mm rounds.

Dry Pineapple in an oven at 80 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Saute diced Bell Peppers and season with Salt, Pepper and Oregano.

Marinate diced blanched Baby Corn, Zucchini in Salt, Pepper and Oil. Place on the grill for 10 minutes.

Chop the Thyme. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss together. Arrange Tomato wedges in a baking tray with cut side up and roast at 180 degrees for 25 mins till lightly charred.

For dressing add, blend roasted Tomatoes, Water, Oil, chopped Basil, Lemon Juice to fine paste.

Shred the Lettuce and place it at the bottom of the bowl. Add Cooked Broken Wheat, diced Deseeded Tomatoes, Sauteed Peppers and Grilled Zucchini and Baby Corn.

Place the slices of dried Pineapple on top and garnish with the Toasted Seeds.

Serve with Roasted Tomato and Basil Dressing.
