In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Broccoli, Haricot Beans and bring to boil.

Heat Water in a pan. Add Cornflour and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Cook the mixture in a pan till transparent.

Add to a blender along with Water.

Blend into a smooth paste and keep aside.

Caramelized Walnut - Add Walnut and Honey in a pan and cook for sometime.

Take out when dry and sticky.

In a bowl, add triangular Red, Yellow and Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Oil and toss well.

Roast in an oven for 20 min at 180 degree C till lightly charred.

Remove to a plate and keep aside.

Balsamic Chicken - Marinate the Chicken Breast with Salt, Pepper, minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Thyme and Dijon Mustard.

Place on a hot grill pan. Grill well on both sides.

In a bowl, add Tomato Wedges, Salt, Pepper, sliced Garlic, Oregano, Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Toss well.
